About the Event
From Betrayal to Boundaries: Healing for Women in Law Enforcement is a six-hour, trauma-informed professional development workshop created specifically for women working in law enforcement. The training addresses the often unspoken impact of institutional and organizational betrayal—including retaliation, leadership failures, and systemic inequities—and how these experiences affect wellbeing, trust, and professional identity.
Participants will gain a deeper understanding of betrayal trauma, learn practical strategies for healing and boundary-setting, and engage in guided reflection designed to support resilience and long-term wellbeing. The workshop also includes a facilitated, catered networking lunch to foster meaningful peer connection in a supportive, culturally competent environment.
This event is designed to be both educational and restorative—providing women in law enforcement with tools, language, and community to move forward with clarity, confidence, and connection.
