Our Story
Founded by Devon Edwards after experiencing institutional betrayal, retaliation, and silencing for speaking up for female recruits and peers, Women of the Watch was born from the need to protect the protectors. Devon is a sergeant, wellness advocate, peer support leader, and international award recipient whose experiences have shaped this network.
Our Purpose
To uplift women in law enforcement through peer support, mental health advocacy, education, and holistic leadership development.
